Don't rent/lease this place. The leasing office is rude af.
Ive lived here since 2019 and it’s actually a pretty good compared to the previous places I’ve lived in. Pros: • clean - (the outside specifically) I’ve rarely seen litter and the only thing dirty is the trash can area lol • very quiet - there’s a basketball area where the kids will play and although you might hear them, they aren’t that noisy plus they’ll be out there playing for a couple of minutes then after that, it’s quiet. • nice-looking- (the outside specifically) this place is definitely not that ugly. Manager patty I love this place very nice & very huge the manager patty is friendly person she fix any problem we might have very quick, my family and I very grateful to live here
