Linda was a joy to work with. She made what could be a stressful process super easy. She knows the market and what reasonable expectations should be for sellers which is important in this crazy market where things seem to change drastically on a weekly basis. Linda is the greatest! I met her when she was the listing broker for a house I bought; I later used her as my buyer's agent to buy a commercial property that was quite a challenge... but Linda was a champ! The listing agent for that property was *very* difficult -- insulting and unprofessional (I should be writing a review for him!) -- but Linda remained calm and professional throughout, even as he continually tried to bait her/us. Working with Linda was really a great experience. She priced the house correctly and advised us well on what the market conditions were, to help us make sound decisions. She was always available, proactively dealing with all the things we needed to get done preemptively-- well before any deadlines. She's a pro! It is a unique old house in a wonderful Hilltown that we'll miss. Sad for us to leave-- but we were in good hands all along the process. Thank you Linda!!
