1st time patient drove 20 min paid a $25 copay and was very unhappy with the service I received from Erika Kimble, APRN who spent less then 2 min on my problem. She was a very uncaring inpatient person who didn't give me much info on my situation other then it fell under cosmetic. I felt like I was being rush and that she just made a lot of money off my insurance for the 2 min that was given to me. She barely ans any of my question regarding my problem. PS: Exam rm was filthy dirty.
Linda Woodson, M.D. is a skilled dermatologist, very caring and experienced. Great office personnel and has a very capable P.A. in Jackie. The appointments are timely with ease of scheduling. I would recommend Linda Woodson to all.
Dr Woodson is a miracle worker. She is pleasant and most professional..there was no surgery involved, I look 20 years younger and the price was reasonable.. love her!!!!!
Office staff is incompetent. I was on hold for extreme amount of time trying to schedule an appointment. When it cam time to schedule second appointment to have a cyst removed, the nurse clearly stated to the scheduler to schedule a procedure. She scheduled a 10 min. suture removal. I took 3 hours off of work to just have sutures removed and did not get my second cyst removed. I had to schedule more time off work to have the procedure done on another day.
I was a new patient The doctor spent about five minutes with me. Did not check me over like I expected. Will not go back.
Erika Kimble who is supposed to be an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is a DUNCE!!!!! furthermore she does not do a very good job with a dermatology scan of your skin. On a second opinion from another MD, her diagnosis was WRONG. This office is not very well run and is more for cosmetic issues than actually dermatology problems. I do not recommend this practice to anyone.
