Dr. D'Andrea clearly analyzed my situation with great care. She asked probing questions and considered factors in my past that may be relevant to my current situation. She is caring and thorough and I highly recommend her.
Explains what needs to be done during surgery and the steps needed rehabilitate after surgery. Takes all the time needed with you as a patient.
Very thorough and professional. She offered complete explanations of the upcoming surgery. She took time to review everything that should happen & why. Also covered any possible issues that could arise.
She attended me rather quickly and was very caring in her treatment.
Loves to shrug her shoulders in response to questions, then dismiss your concerns with an off the wall diagnosis and no imaging to back it up. My second opinion physician’s jaw dropped when I explained my symptoms and her assessment.
Waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes in the waiting room. Finally questioned what was taking so long and they moved us to exam room where we waited for another 30 minutes. The doctor spent about 10 minutes with my mom and did not seem to listen to our questions or answer them. She was condescending toward my mom. Dr. D'Andrea then referred us to another doctor. This is the third referral to see other doctors from this doctor. My mom is still in pain. Nothing has gotten better.
Dr. D'Andrea does not rush a visit. She takes as much time as needed to care for her patients. She is wonderful!
I sought this doctor for surgery consult after having no success from many months of conservative treatment including 3 ESIs. Not only was she dismissive of my pain, she writes in my medical record that I probably have rheumatoid arthritis, Lymes disease, vitamin deficiency or other such nonsense. I have never been diagnosed with any of these, despite telling her. She even said that my MRI doesn’t look that bad and the pathology on the MRI doesn’t match my complaints of pain. Her lack of lucidity and obvious bias because it ... read more
The recent reviews are correct. Bedside manner is ice cold and borderline unprofessional. Linda entered the room without introduction and began listing all of the complications of surgery, skipping over what the injury was or how she planned to address it. Her ‘plan’ was to try a pin but may need a plate which would be a game time decision. 2 other doctors who took and looked at new X-rays agreed a plate was necessary and planned surgery accordingly. Highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere.
