Dr was amazing. the phlebotomists in the lab weren't the best with human interaction and felt a little rude. Might have been a bad day.
Dr Narvaez and her medical team are always very helpful, attentive, efficient, & pleasant.
Dr. Narvaez has been my husband and my doctor for years. She is very thoughtful, caring and funny. We feel like we are in good hands with her.
Dr. Narvaez was my son's doctor, but no longer. The last 3 times I've called the office to set an appointment, dr was either not in or could not schedule. The reception explained that same day appoints are hard. I understand. However none of us get sick with a 5 day advance notice to make her scheduling easier. Dr. Narvaez, when she was our dr, was very nice. Too bad we have to find a new dr.
