My experience with the doctor was great, she was very thorough, answered all my questions and made me feel confident in the approach she recommended re my issues. HOWEVER, her assistant was completely unhelpful. She never followed up regarding a referral and when scheduling a procedure the doctor ordered became problematic she was disinterested and not at all helpful.

Dr. Narvaez always takes time with me. She doesn't seem rushed. She seems focused on building our relationship, not just having the bare-minimum medical conversations. She expressed empathy about my mom recently passing, and she heard and took action on my concerns about genetic testing. I appreciate our long-term patient/doctor relationship very much.
Dr. Linda has been helping us for some time and it has been great! We really appreciate everything she has done for us!
I've always had a good experience with my doctor's office. Now that she's a part of St. John's I don't get my appointments right away.
