Linda is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to give you information on the areas you are interested in seeing. She is always available and is never to busy to take your phone call. I highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home or listing a home in the North Augusta, Aiken area in SC or Augusta, Evans, Martinez, Grovetown in GA. She cares for each and everyone's individual needs!

Mrs. Limehouse was a gift to us!!! She was EXACTLY what we needed-someone who would immediately address whatever questions we might have, and her expertise was impressive!! I never fully realized how important and necessary a realtor was before this sale! She is an excellent negotiator and is also someone whom we came to value as a friend. She epitomizes professionalism!

Linda was excellent. She worked very hard to find us homes. She went above and beyond to find us a house after multiple showings. She also helped us with learning the area since we moved from out of state.

Linda is a professional's professional. She goes above and beyond what I feel is doing a good job as a realtor. She has been very patient and understanding in working with me and my wife for a period over two years. She not only handled our search and purchase, but she continues to provide follow-up information. Linda was super helpful and always responsive. She was very friendly and was responsive to our needs. As first time homebuyers, she helped us through the experience and made us very comfortable. Being a first time home buyer I wasn't sure exactly how to go about finding the right agent to assist my wife and I in finding and purchasing our first home. Luckily the first email I sent resulted in a call from Ms. Linda.
