First I waited ten minutes for the receptionist so I could check in, during which I time I called the office only to listen to the phone ringing. Just before giving up and leaving the receptionist appeared and I was immediately taken back for my appointment, which momentarily made up for the wait. In the dentist chair, without a word, the hygienist began scraping around in my mouth. This was extremely messy and painful. Her assistant did my cleaning. She is very nice and gave me suggestions on my impacted wisdom teeth... recommended!
Very friendly and gentle staff here. Dr Fukuda also really nice and sweet. Her staff explain my conditions very well. I didn't feel any fears!!!
Good job with a crown. Some hygeinists are better than others. I agree with other reviews about the front desk staff being less than ideal--some billing errors and not especially friendly. Dr. Fukuda herself is personable and professional. I appreciate that she does not push unnecessary procedures and services. By the way, a Couger fan might feel put off by all of the Husky paraphernalia in her office!
Dr Fukuda was my dentist for a long time. I finally left her practice because they ran so behind. I switched to another dentist, who spotted a hole in one of my fillings. (I think it was a filling Dr Fukuda did herself, but it was many years ago so I'm not certain.) This hole went from the top then down the side of my filling. The new dentist had to drill out and replace the filling. Once he got the old filling out he showed me with the mirror the very gross decay that had been growing for years underneath the old filling. I have been very pleased at the quality of the work and long term results. Dr. Fukuda and her staff are one of the best dentists I have ever been to.
Dr. Fukuda has treated my whole family for nearly 15 years. She and her staff are professional, compassionate, and efficient. Dr. Fukuda has been very ethical and honest, and has not attempted to market services to us, and not performed work that she deemed unnecessary.
Dr Fukuda is an excellent dentist. Superb. She is conservative in her treatment and recommendations, yet thorough. I also really like her as a person. I just wish she had better staff. The quality of the hygenists varies; some of them talk a lot more than they clean. Some of them seem very thorough in their technique and others seem to do only a superficial cleaning. Dr Fukuda is an excellent dentist. Superb. I have gone to her for 14 years. She is conservative in her recommendations yet thorough in her treatment. She is honest and trustworthy, and I really like her as a person. I just wish she had a better staff. The quality of the hygenists varies--some are great, others seem to give only a superficial cleaning, and talk more than they clean.
