Dr. Fickes is very knowledgeable and always answers my questions. I have never felt rushed in her office. She is kind, very professional, and cares about her patients. I have been seeing Dr. Fickes for many years and I know my health has improved with her care. I recommend her highly.

I have been hosting Dr. Fickes work on Maui for 10 years/biannually in my office in Haiku, Maui. I find her highly professional, dedicated to her work and an amazing asset to myself and my community. Dr. Bonnie Marsh/Naturopathic Doctor.
Very bad all around experience. When I questioned her about my concerns, she was defensive and critical and touted her expertise rather than answering my questions. She was threatening and offensive. Worst $265 I have ever spent. She was more concerned about getting her money than answering my questions even though she already had my cc info. Very disturbing and unprofessional.
