Rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. She was running 15-20 minutes late each of the six times I saw her and billed me for 50 minute sessions even though she only spent 20-30 minutes with me (she insisted on wrapping up my first five sessions with her a few minutes early). She always said she would "make up" for the short sessions, but she never did. During my sixth and final session with her, she was so rude to me that I just got up and left. This quack psychologist was not helpful and in fact, caused me some real trauma. I have not seen her in over 6 years and still have not recovered from all of that trauma. I know others who have seen her and were not satisfied. She is all about taking money from whoever she can promise to appease and then trying to satisfy them, often at others' mental/emotional expense. Dr. Felini Smith has an excellent knowledge base, and a good heart. As both a mother of a child with special needs, and a special education teacher, I can tell you that you will find few other psychologists who will be as accurate and level-headed as her. She has been advocating for those in the community with ASD for years, and has an excellent reputation in the community. Dr Felini Smith completed a multidisciplinary evaluation on our son in 2007, that evaluation along with the incredibly spot on speech evaluation completed by her team drove a very valuable IEP and proper services for our son at school. A year later we went back and privately paid for a follow up speech evaluation and again it was spot on and came with IEP goal recommendations. Thank you so much!

My brother saw Dr. Felini-Smith for about 5 months in 2009 and I saw her a number of times in the waiting room. She was rude to me on several occasions and was mean to my brother in my presence (probably even meaner to him when I wasn't around). I tried to convince our parents that he shouldn't be seeing this evil charlatan, but they wouldn't listen to me and that is something they now regret. We love this doctor. She is seeing our grandson and has helped so much. Would and have recommended her to anyone with kids who need professional help.

My son went to her for testing and we consulted with her numerous times over approx three years. I have since reccomended her to several people over the last ten years. Would use her again in a heartbeat and so would everyone I know who has seen her. Cant say enough good things. She is fabulous with both kids and parents. Very knowledgable and supportive.

I am new to the area and I am an advocate for parents with special needs. I was refered to her by someone as a resource and have now referred her on serveral occasions because of her professionalism, knowledge and her straight forwardness. I do not want to have someone who beats around the bush or hides behind her work. She is awesome and would recommend to anyone. She stands behind her work and will support her position of any report she writes.
