I went to Linda for electrolysis around my eyebrows. The areas she worked on definitely have less hair coming back. However, she said something quite racist during one of our sessions (using the N word). I found it extremely unprofessional. After that I chose not to come back.
Very good consultation experience, Linda is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
I called to make an appointment for my wife for hair removal. The moment I mentioned transgender, she got defensive and said I only do above the waste. Nowhere on the website does it State that, and it talks about helping those that are transgender. She was very rude and tacky about it. Her customer service and demeanor alone would make me not want to go to her.
