If you are looking for an engagement ring, I would not recommend this place. I visited Linda & Co at Rhodes today (16/11/25) feeling excited to be browsing rings for the first time and was absolutely appalled by the customer service received from an older lady with glasses who was working today. She was incredibly rude and abrasive and made what should have been a very special and joyful experience, a very disappointing and upsetting one. I hope management takes a close look at how their staff treat its customers.
0 stars if it was an option. We came in asking to get ring finger size and explore engagement ring options. What we ended up with was an extremely rude and aggressive older caucasian lady who threw out accusations against us. I came in with a genuine intention of getting my partner's ring finger sized and to have a look at the different ring options and see what's available for my partner and myself.
