I found Linda on Talkspace. I have never been to therapy and found her through that app and my insurance. I have been diagnosed with anxiety but why did I feel more anxious after communicating with her. She said that it was a safe space so I shared my truth...I don't feel safe in TN as a black woman. This was the worst experience of my life. This lady will badger you for wearing a mask to protect yourself until you take it off. She didn’t listen to any of my concerns and only talked about herself for the entire visit!
