More Of The Same: Unfortunately we trusted Roger Lind too. He assured us that under his PA license that any e-mail correspondence was a binding agreement, which is a lie. I was supposed to rent his cottage and main house over Labor Day week, 2012 in Avalon. We agreed on terms and price, even conceding that his 18yr old daughter could stay in the main house with us that week.
