No one EVERS answers the phone! I got locked out & in with faulty front Townhouse door!!!!!! No mantainace number to call. I had to break in my kitchen window called PT number from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm! They are supposed to work until 5 pm and provide emergency number for people like me .
I’ve been waiting for 4 months for the downstairs toilet to be fixed the chick who is now in office never picks up or checks voicemails when holly was here maintenance did a good job for the last year from 2024 to 2025 they are ghetto they run the complex like the projects in Chicago no care in the world
I’ve lived here since 2019, in the beginning it was great maintenance would come around keep the complex clean make sure there’s no trash outside and keep you updated on any maintenance they were needing to do. I was able to get return calls back, work orders completed that same week. Minus the fact it took 3 1/2 months to have my heat fixed last winter since the new company had no “record” of my work order.
