Some of the worst service I have ever got at a vet! Spend hundreds of dollars to only get poor/NONE follow up. HORRIBLE front desk customer service and a vet that CLEARLY over charges their patients!! Even the vet I switched to said you guys were RUDE on the phone!! Been going there for years and with all these new people you picked some serious winners! Good luck with your piss poor organization!!! It' because of YOU that my dog missed days of medication!! Karma!!
Friendly staff and took care of my baby Emma for 7 years. I wish I could have taken them with me when we moved.

Thank you Lincolnway for getting my husband and I through a rough time when we put our 14 year old dog, Zoey, down recently. Your vet gave us the facts which made our decision easier. Everyone was sooooo kind and considerate.

Hurricane and I always have a fantastic experience here. I bring him here for his bath and nail trimming. Erica at the reception desk is always a pleasure and is fantastic at what she does. The staff taking care of Hurricane is a delight and always enjoy seeing him. This is a fabulous facility with a great staff.
Lived right down the street from place..took my beloved cat there for help. Kept getting runaround obviously didn't know what the problem was for months!! My bill was well over $1,000 and they basically told me it was my fault bcuz she had bad teeth!!Let them remove the so called bad teeth only to find out she has an aggressive cancer that was pushing her teeth out!!
