YES! With our family of animals we would never go anywere else. If they can't fix it or don't treat you kind of animal, they send you to a specialist. They helped us find a Doctor for our ducks. One had cancer, very rare. If you are having a problem with them they will work it out, but only if you talk to them. They help you through the end of life went that time comes and it happens to all. Several of our cats have been adopted from Lincolnway and lived or are living wonderful lives with us. We are 3 different families all ... read more

Dr Laubert is my guy !! Very happy with how he explains things to me, as I ask a lot of questions- he’s very patient and I feel like he listens to my concerns and doesn’t dismiss them -
A million thanks to Marcie,Dr U and all the staff at Lincoln Way. I am new to the area and they daily nursed my little 7 yr old puppy back to health who wouldn’t eat for two weeks and also calmed her very worried owner. I can’t say enough about the care that both of us were given.
First I want to say if you had a problem with Lincolnway in the past, please give them a chance. They have all new doctors on staff now. Dr Ubatuba and Dr. Laubert are wonderful. I have one special needs cat who sometimes has to be seen at a moment's notice and they always squeeze him in. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming and it feels more like a family atmosphere. They take the time to know your pet and I don't feel they push unnecessary tests or meds like some of the other places we've used. Have recommended ... read more
