I had the pleasure of speaking with Anna today regaring an apartment with LWA. My question were MANY and some more in depth, than others. Anna was amazing! (Never flinched once ). She exemplifies great customer service, and clear communication. I appreciated her candor and ability to show kindness - even when the answers may have been difficult to parlay. *UPDATED TO INCLUDE MORE INFO* Unit 5113 CONDEMNED due to toxic black mold. Unit 5114 next to me, the neighbors had to move after only months because of the severe multiple floods with hundreds of gallons of water (it had flooded multiple times over the years but these last ones were so bad they had to be relocated and management tore out the fake wood floors and gave up and put carpet back in). Management is terrible, with the exception of maintenance and Anna. Mold covered up everywhere and terrible flooding even on 3rd floors; so you are not safe the higher up you go. No remediation of flooding so all of that dirty water becomes a breeding ground. I won’t even start on what you’ll find in a lot of the vents 🤢

*UPDATED TO INCLUDE MORE INFO* CONDEMNED due to toxic black mold. The pictures and video I have would make your skin crawl. Things may look nice on the surface sometimes (but not all the time since so many of these units are decaying), but looks aren’t everything; so if you’re in a rare unit that looks semi-decent beware what may be lurking behind the walls. What a bunch of scum bags profiting off the backs of college tuition loans.. slumlords to say the least. What a nightmare. I will never deal with a management company ever again, id rather help a local landlord then these money hungry losers.
