What a bunch of scum bags profiting off the backs of college tuition loans.. slumlords to say the least. What a nightmare. I will never deal with a management company ever again, id rather help a local landlord then these money hungry losers.

We were renting for our son and were cosigner on lease. When renewal came we signed an official document stating we were renewing for another year. However, our son did not see the importance of signing the lease papers. As cosigners and the ones responsible for paying the rent each month were not given the courtesy of and email, text, or phone call stating our son didn't sign. I haven't begun my lease here yet, so I can't say much about the property itself. I'll update my review after the year ends with details on the apartment. However, my leasing agent Anna was so helpful, understanding, and supportive. I had some trouble with my application and she not only advocated for me to hold my spot, but she also constantly checked in to see how I was doing with the process until I was approved.
