Love this park, rented here last winter. Have a place for Dec and Jan, looking to rent for Feb and March 2018.
Looking to rent for 2 months in 2018 between January and April. Anyone have a unit to rent, we want smoke free, pet free. Thanks
Moved in on the 26th of September, 2016. People have been great! There is a new managing couple here as of December (?). They are really great, friendly and always working to make the park a better place. I have moved around a lot in my life, but I think I'm going to like it here enough to stay!
My sister & I moved in Dec. 10th, 2016. Everyone has been friendly & welcoming. We love it here already! The Park is well maintained, perfectly located just minutes from beaches & malls. AND both our Yorkies, Marley & Max, are allowed!
All related to this place should be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law.
I stayed for 3 months. I had 3 letters immediately after moving in, telling me to do ridiculous things like paint the trim, which was good according to THEIR maintence man. I was sold a mobile home with rotten floors. I knew it was going to depete my savings to fix this, so I left. The woman, Fran, who runs the place was very unfair. I would never recomomend this place to ANYONE. Buyer beware.
