RecommendedI have lived here for 4 years and now I would like to address something - automatic lawn sprinklers . Many have them and they are quite beneficial, when the water actually hits the lawn. I have noticed for a long time there are folks out there that water the street. Beautiful place to live for seniors with all of he extras.
Great place to live, wonderful neighbors pet friendly park. Lot's of programs to keep people busy who want to be busy. Most neighbors are not getting old, just aging gracefully. Remember you don't stop having fun when you get old - - you get old when you stop having fun.
Barking dogs, left fecal matter, loud music daily, dumpster used by outsiders, CDC reports dog's fecal matter is alive with harmful bacteria putting me at risk, owner should not assign his park maintenance to residents, neighbor mows 3x/weekly then lawn service on Mondays, neighbor weedwhacks almost daily, blows not only his residence, but half of 9th St and laundermat parking area. Dogs should be confined to an area, counted 31 dogs urinating/defecating on neighbor's lawn in 1 1/2 hours, inconsiderate!
BEWARE...had an application done and was declined. Nothing was mailed stating why, person in the office told us we had $42,000 in credit card debt which was incorrect. Then when challenged they changed their story 3 times as to why we were declined. No one knew why and no one could give a clear answer. So filing a claim with the DBPR became necessary as this is a Fair Housing violation!
