I have been going to Dr. Xia for almost twenty years. She discovered my cancer by taking my early symptoms seriously and sending me for tests promptly. She always listens to my concerns and takes time to explain any questions I have. I feel lucky to have such a wonderful doctor.
Dr. Xia is very caring and always takes whatever time is needed. She is so intelligent, knowledgeable and practical. Dr. Xia explains everything well. I have also been very satisfied with the referrals she has given.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER She doesn't care about the patients, PERIOD! The whole process during my visit was simply recording what I described to her, no explanation and no treatment plan, or anything meaningful from this doctor. What she does is like a nurse or less, and even worse she couldn't even record my description of my symptoms correctly, totally waste and useless!! That's not all. Awful doctor, takes forever , sends in students in her place. During my diagnoses she started scaring me with all kinds of things. I never leave her appointment feeling like things are being figured out or okay.
