This apartment building used to be a nice place to live, until they allowed Section 8 tenants. This place is a zoo. There are families with 4 or 5 children (in two bedrooms mind you) who play outside all day, while their parents stay inside. I'm talking kids that are a few months old left with their 8 year old siblings to watch. Kids who cannot swim hanging in the pool area without adult supervision. I guess I'm going to start off by saying, the kind of people that live somewhere is going to make the atmosphere. This place is extremely ghetto. Over the top ghetto. You would have thought that this place is a branch off of Meadowview or Del Paso Heights. They have an incredible amount of bebe kids that live here. They run wild all over the place.
