So I just got off the with Vickie and when I mean to tell you she is the most helpful leasing manager I have ever talked to. She answered all my questions plus info about the area. I live out of state so I am researching places to move to. Just by talking to Vickie I want to move to these apartments. She is also super nice and professional. Give her a call. You won't be disappointed.

Property was getting into very bad shape. There has been a recent burst of repairs and updates being done. Unfortunately the rain gutters haven't been a priority for the owner. Although the rents have gone sky high. Renters insurance is required. (That's a good thing) it would be great if the property were done into a gated community with security camera's to keep the drug addicts and homeless out. Lincoln City is putting a drug rehab homeless shelther right next door.
