I recently had my first expierence with Lincoln way Animal hospital. They did not make me feel welcomed at all, when the doctor called me she didn’t even specify who she was which became instantly confusing since everything is over the phone. The receptionist recommended muzzling my 11 week old puppy when he has very little to no issue nipping. Show them the money up front or they will let your pet die. My dog is now dying because they will not see him unless I have money on my bank credit card. I told them on Monday that this Friday I will have my pension check direct deposited but they refuse to treat my pet until then. He is suffering and has a bsd bronchial infection which has been getting worse but no deal. I had bee seeing them for a number of years and was always able to pay them on the spot. RecommendedWe were so pleased with the service and support we received recently for our dog, Sparrow! Lincoln Way took very responsible measures in light of the coronavirus, but was still able to see our dog for an emergency situation. A huge thank you to all the staff members!
I was in search of a pocket pet vet to put my hamster to sleep. I was not a client of theirs prior, but I was still treated equally. I will be considering changing my cats over to this office because I really loved the staff and the environment!
I recently had to take my cat to the Emergency Vet in Hagerstown because they were to busy to see her. Now they have basically refused to do her follow up care because of the "delicacy" of her situation. They want me to return her to the Emergency Vet , but yesterday in one conversation they were cautious that I shouldn't transport her too much because it would be hard on her. A million thanks to Marcie,Dr U and all the staff at Lincoln Way. I am new to the area and they daily nursed my little 7 yr old puppy back to health who wouldn’t eat for two weeks and also calmed her very worried owner. I can’t say enough about the care that both of us were given.
I really like Emily Shew she's really nice and very helpful.
