During this COVID-19 Pandemic this animal hospital has been going above and beyond the call of duty. Prays for the staff so they do not burn out and prayers for our pets as they are cared for while we wait in our vehicles. For a while at least this is the new norm. Grin and bear the situation and foremost lean on God for patience in abundance. From Lois and I and our seven furbabies thanks from the bottom of our hearts.

Business response:

Oh my goodness- you have no idea how much this means! To know that we’re being covered in your prayers for safety and stamina is so kind and so rare to find. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your grace and empathy!!! 🥰

I’ve been taking my fur kiddos to LWAH for almost 12 years. I’ve had nothing but great care there. Besides giving my pups great medical care they genuinely care about them and their owners. We’ve lost a few fur kiddos over the years and the outpouring of love and support from the entire staff at LWAH is always above and beyond!

Great place that I've been using for years for my cats. Dr Shew and her staff are amazing.

They are excellent! When I had to put 2 fur babies down last year their compassion and caring meant the world to me. Dr Shew was very open and honest about her thoughts about the decision I had to make and was very much appreciated.

This is a great clinic with a great, compassionate staff. They have helped our barn cats at Franklin County 4-H Therapeutic Riding Center numerous times & we couldn't have been happier.

I began taking our dog to LWAH about a year and a half ago. It was a Thursday and he had an issue that was fairly urgent, but not to the point where we needed to go to the emergency vet. I called our regular vet and the soonest they could see him was the following Monday. I called Lincoln Way Animal Hospital and they saw him that day. Dr. Alt gave him a thorough exam and antibiotics which resolved his issue. We’ve been going there ever since. We have since gotten a kitten and just had him neutered. With the current restricti... read more

I recently had my first expierence with Lincoln way Animal hospital. They did not make me feel welcomed at all, when the doctor called me she didn’t even specify who she was which became instantly confusing since everything is over the phone. The receptionist recommended muzzling my 11 week old puppy when he has very little to no issue nipping. Then after this not great expierence they told me he needed surgery (which I was expecting) they acted like it was very urgent but wouldn’t schedule him for two weeks. After 24 hours ... read more
