This was the most pathetic excuse for a vision appointment I’ve encountered in all my years. First time entering this establishment and I found it to be absolutely filthy disheveled and gross. This place obviously has been cleaned or tidied up since the 1980s. The equipment in her exam room is antiquated at best and filthy. I felt like I was walking through somebody’s filthy garage. Dr Harper was amazing! Truly a caring clinician who’s extremely thorough! Gave me a wonderful education on eye-hygiene and explained my specific eye conditions. Very outgoing and communicative - it’s hard to find quality providers like this anymore and cherish them any time i’m fortunate enough to get one! Come to this place - you won’t regret it!!!!!!
Truly what you would want a vision center to be, it’s rare to find this level of care. I live in Salem and I have just found another reason to drive to the coast. This is now my go to place for my eye care needs, if they don’t have what I’m after, we will order it. Thank you for your hospitality and turning my day around. It makes a difference when people actually enjoy what they do because when they help others it’s effortless and it shows.
