The rent is reasonable. Staff is kind and curious. Lawn is up kept weekly, the residents are friendly. I.would highly recommend Lincoln Village apartments as a permanent place to live...

I called ,missed the call back from Victoria , The phone repeatedly disconnect at 10 seconds after ringing,I tried the website,it says internal error How in the heck are you supposed to apply for a waiting list with all the issues? Interested possible future tenant,I hope they read these
There are a lot of tweakers around and druggies. For space it is pretty nice, there are patios and such. There have been a lot of fights and stuff though. The police come around often, so often it's a very normal thing now. So I I don't like these apartments but they aren't horrific. But they are bad.
