I have a 16 Forester and bought from this dealership. I occurred minor oil leakeage from the camshaft carrier after 50k miles and want to get it fixed before the warranty expires but was denied by this dealership. They told me the issue couldn't be fixed and every subaru engine is supposed to have leakages after certain mileage.(Probably they just don't want to pull the engine and claim the costs from Subaru America). Fortunately, I found another subaru dealer committed and repair it under the manufacturer warranties.
Just overall such a great dealership and family owned businesses. The Audi, Porsche & Subaru in Englewood NJ surpasses expectations, and always quality customer service. They have an extremely amazing Subaru Service team. The manager Woody always greets us with a smile along with Joelle, Kelsey & Prince. They are all such fantastic team who always tell us honestly what is going on with our Subaru Forester, and what we can do to moving forward to protect our vehicle.
