Brett did a great job! Explained everything he was doing and why. We have had our carpets cleaned by other companies and this was by far the best! We have dog urine stains and he treated it specifically with an enzyme and there is NO residual odor! Would highly recommend!!
Had Brett out yesterday to clean the living room carpet, which I thought could never look clean again, and wow, it is amazingly clean. No longer embarrassed for when people come over, or laying towels all over. I would highly recommend Lincoln Steam. Thanks Brett!!!

I'm so glad I found u ;) this was the best and at a great decent price we could afford with having house full of kids we also have little dog who likes to be naughty I never thought we could get these carpets cleaned I came home to a huge difference looks like new carpets kids love it as much as I do ;)
