Terrible customer service Don't bother to visit this shop if you are not one of their regulars because you won't be welcome. One person never spoke to my friend and I and the other two were extremely rude. One actually refused to help us because they were eating lunch and suggested we shop on ebay. At the same time a regular customer was treated like an old friend. I hope their business is doing well because they aren't going to get new customers if they act like this to everyone.
GREAT PLACE The staff was very helpful. Huge selection of coins. Fair prices, I have made several purchases here, from a few dollars and up to hundreds, same good service.
Family When your at lincoln stamp and coin you feel like your among family. Huge selection and very knowledgable staff who make you feel right at home. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
Rude I had a very rude experience with this shop. I had two questions: One, I had just bought a proof coin that appeared to have a flaw, and I wanted his opinion. Two, I was trying to find and buy a rather obscure coin.
My thoughts on Lincoln Stamp and Coin Its true last year Lincoln stamp and coin had a some very unsatisfactory customer service reps but its changed now, I haven't gone in almost a year and when I walked in this guy approached me almost instantly and asked if I needed help finding something.
