Horrible Service and no lack of respect. I myself came in to find a coin for my father, who loves to collect, unfortunatelly I wasn't treated respectfully. I found myself waiting for someone behind the desk to assist me but he was to busy talking with friends. 10 minutes later, I asked several questions only to be told, rudely, any more questions, buy a book or find it online. Rude I had a very rude experience with this shop. I had two questions: One, I had just bought a proof coin that appeared to have a flaw, and I wanted his opinion. Two, I was trying to find and buy a rather obscure coin. The man who was there completely refused to even cast a glance at the coin when I asked and said, "What was your other question?" when I was finished. Of course, he couldn't help me with the second.
