Lovely premise. Great greeting. Rapid service and seating. Attentive staff. Unfortunately, that ends the good news. I ordered french onion soup. It came, hot, cheese-covered and looked good. However the bread within was burned. It contaminated the fowl with a bitter burned taste. It was removed and taken off the bill. I ordered a Berkshire pork chop. Absolutely LOVED our dinner here on our first trip to New York City! Was treated like a queen on my birthday and we so enjoyed talking to the owner and everyone who served us. Amazing food, but even more amazing people!!
REALLY GOOD overall, I would recommend it. And its close to where I live! They also have a great Prix Fixe!
