They will call the police on a community organization distributing free groceries, in a pandemic, where people have lost jobs and need food. Do not recommend.
why would you support a place that wont allow their tenants to receive free groceries.. also a place that doesn't charge tenants fairly. DO NOT SUPPORT. so many other better places to live in the springs.. wish I could leave a zero star review.

this place is a joke was let out of my lease due to flooding in my apartment then a year later get hit on my credit saying i owe 3 grand for damages to a door and some carpet. how the hell does that make sense when theres a inch of water in both bed rooms because of a crack in the foundation and on top of that they dont keep any records of anything on thier end place is trash wonder how many other people had/have been screwed over by these people
Almost 7 years here. Owned by 4 different people if not more I lost count. Seems like they are trying to get us out. They wont come fix stuff that is broken. The office keeps saying there are service tickets the maintenance keeps saying there is none. I cant wait to move.
