Had a pretty easy time getting an apartment here the process was super easy. Staff were very nice and explained everything very well when going through the lease and the office staff is amazing super friendly and informative. I am very happy with my experience

Micheal from maintenance is very quick to identify and fix whatever the problem is and he is also friendly and professional. Very good job!
I have had an interesting experience living here. The most interesting one was that my car was broken into and vandalized last night because there’s constantly homeless people and god knows who in the parking lot being loud at 12 am I notified the police department to make a report as well as the apartment complex manager and was told by the office here at Lincoln Springs Apartments theres nothing they can can do.
