The valet maintenance service is excellent. The service team is professional and honest. I have 5 Lincoln vehicles in the past 20 years. This is the best Lincoln service in Southern California. Highly recommended.
The service techs are nice and pleasant
The service department is top notch with quick and efficient services like professional videos of their assessments and recommendations. I have a lemon Aviator so I’be been at the service department half a dozen times in the last 2 years but the representative Anthony has been AMAZING! So friendly and knowledgeable, very patient and accommodating with the amount of times I have to call him in frustration. He truly is an asset to the Lincoln service department. They provided pick-up and drop-off service along with a loaner Lincoln Nautilus, making the whole process incredibly convenient.
