I owned 2 Lincoln vehicles, and every now and then will have to bring them in for regular maintenance and service. The team here in Lincoln south coast are very friendly and professional; I always get taken care every time I come in.
My service manager, Jesse, was very helpful in explaining the plan and cost of the problem diagnosis. He kept me informed of the progress and the level of detail the service department went to to investigate the complex issue of my car's symptoms. The problem was solved and some of the parts needed were provided for free. Very professional and positive experience. I highly recommend taking your car to Lincoln South Coast. Thanks Jesse!

Brian in the service department was great we had called the one 800 number for Lincoln and they’ve made an appointment for us at a different dealer as we requested a loaner from Lincoln and Lincoln. I was so surprised to find that they would bring a rental car to me. Take my car have it serviced and then bring it back to me. It was an amazing experience from Start to finish!
