Great community! Ive been living there for 6 month and nothing to complain.

It's the residents that suck, not the management. This place is fantastic until you have to deal with what the residents do.
Gate has maybe worked collectively for 6 months in the 2 years I've lived here. Don't let them dupe you into thinking this is a gated community.
Not worth the rent. I can get a similar apartment with the same generic new carpeting, outdated appliances, and particle board cabinetry without the guise of living in a gated community for $150 less.
My experience here has been good. Maintenance is always helpful and quick. Staff is generally friendly. Beautiful, clean, quiet place.

Thank god my lease is up soon, this new management company is useless. The gate is STILL broken..
New management company doesn't follow through with anything! Place sucks since greystar took over!
