I applied for a rental here. they asked for a suspicious amount of information inlcuding W2 and over a month of pay stubs. They told me I would be receiving an email about the status of my application. after several days I contacted them about the status and they claimed they had an email for me. after a week of calling and waiting I finally get the email. I wish I could this place 0 star. Try to rent a unit for my older mom. After talking to the leasing office regarding her special case, I was as a guarantor. I was sure we were eligible to apply and expected no issue. We have agreed to pay $200 total application fee. However, the application was denied due to screening report from RentGrow company, This is the third party apartment leasing has chosen to do our background and credit check. RecommendedI moved into Lincoln Shores in December 2010 and I have never in 10 years had any issues. The office staff and maintenance staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and reliable and I would recommend anyone to live here.

After living at Lincoln Shores for two years, it is with much dismay that I have to leave this review, as I had a generally positive experience living in the complex despite some of the drawbacks.
