This is a great place to rent. The facility is very Clean and the staff was very helpful. They also had the best rates in Lincolnton.
These people are never in the office! They do not return your calls! They do not respond to your emails! I was behind on my payment and was locked out..that was my fault. But I went by there 3 days in a row to pay and they were closed. I called several times and left messages that I had financial hardships and needed to catch up my payment and move my stuff this weekend. The next payment was due on Monday. I sent emails as well which went unanswered. I finally reached someone Monday at 4:45pm and was told she would be there ... read more
Very clean facility!! I liked the easy move in that was offered to me. The manager worked with us and the moving company to make sure everything went smooth. Very satisfied and would recommend.
