Was recommended to this therapist for marriage counseling post deployment. Marriage counseling is difficult at best with a couple generally there at the worst time in their marriage. In the moment I thought she was ok, but retrospectively she never gave my spouse an opportunity to feel or express himself in a way he felt safe to do so. Sarah is a very professional and caring therapist and counselor. She offers many tools and strategies to deal with anything from individual struggles to couples and family therapy. She is truly amazing and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!!
Sarah is a very conscientious therapist, with a warm and caring human factor. Very easy to talk to, and excellent listener. One smart cookie!
