Not only was he extremely personable and responsive, he also help me look at more than 50 properties and eventually buy a great investment in Barrie. Linc did a great job selling our house! His investment in technology really made our listing stand out. The doll house view and the online brochure looked spectacular. I loved the online booking for showings, it was so convenient. Communication across the different parties was really simple with the online videos and commenting. Everything was done virtually which was great since we all live in different regions from where the house was located. I really feel you get a lot more going with Linc compared to other agents.
