I will be asking ALL OF MY PHYSICIANS TO NEVER SEND ANYTHING TO THIS ORGANIZATION AGAIN!!! I have NEVER received a bill from them from over a year ago and they turned it over to a collection agency in Grand Island - I am happy to pay a bill if I owe it - but no one from their office sent a bill, called emailed me or anything!!! I have many medical bills and am paying all of them - just NEVER got a bill from these guys. They billed the wrong address because they pulled an address from 5 YEARS AGO. My information was and has been correct with Bryan (where I had the X-ray). They are not accepting responsibility for their error, and don’t care that they are in violation of HIPPA. The only reason I know about the bill is because it was sent to my parents’ home. Received an MRI at a Bryan hospital for a car accident. This was the group running the machines. They kept sending my bills to my parents house even though my home address and emergency contact address are in the system with my old address removed…it’s like they are intentionally trying to force people into collections.
Just got a letter from a collection agency when I never received an actual bill. Seems like a common thing.
