This is the property management company for Champions Green Apartments. They have rotting buildings, rotted wood, bugs and they allow dogs up to and over 100 pounds to run around on top of your sleeping domain even at 2/3 in the morning and only offer $200 off next month. It’s an insult.

The Villas at Tamarron – Managed by Willow Bridge Property Management My experience living at The Villas at Tamarron was deeply disappointing and traumatic. The staff is unprofessional, communication is almost nonexistent, and there is a blatant disregard for tenant rights. Security deposits are required equal to one month rent. Questionable credit scoring model seems to be based on maintaining a high security deposit % instead of creditworthiness. Husband and wife with good income, good credit, stable in every way is required to pay a deposit equal to one month rent. Would have been prepared had we considered for a second we wouldn’t meet Willow Bridge requirements. Sandra and Stephanie were great to work with and appreciated.

REALTORS BEWARE!!! It is true not the trust them for your "commission". They refuse to pay. Don't send your clients there unethical in business practices.
