-5 Alvista west vue is badly managed. Hallways are very dirty, Elevator is always dirty, commom areas are dirty. gate many times is wide open. Roaches invading our apartment, I live here for the past 2 years and is getting worse each day. Entrance doors are in need of cleaning and or painting. I will report to the authorities the lack of higyne and care.
