Lincoln Property Company demonstrated a lack of professionalism during my recent experience. While performing a service on their property, my work vehicle was towed. I immediately informed the property management, and they assured me that they would fully reimburse me for the towing and any related expenses, such as an Uber to retrieve my vehicle. Takes 10-20 business weeks for them to repair simple safety measures. No sense of urgency, cannot be trusted. Only care for their money
Lived in one of their units for 2 years. It was an absolute pleasure working with them. The team was very responsive when dealing with any minor issues that came up. It’s great to work with people that get back to you in a timely fashion.
This company owned the property I lived at for 5 years. I truly recommend not living at a property owned by this company. Nothing but problems with the entire management staff. I just heard they sold the property I lived at because of mismanagement of the property. I still have friends at this property and they cant log into their portal anymore, the garage door access is failing. Lincoln Company properties should be your last resort for housing.
