Do not move in any Lincoln property apartments. I am so disappointed I just referred my friend to Parkway Flats and even though I have not had the best experience I told him although I have not had the best experience it was still a decent apartment. But I was wrong they gave my friend a handicap apartment and NO ONE in the front office even told him this. I am saddened that because of me my friend is now moving here and was basically lied to. Hello! The management by this company is dismal! I have tried and tried to get their attention and there is NO response! I lease at the #7 Riverway and have been a ten year resident. I am realizing that I am not getting a fair rental for my apartment!
