At the time I decided to rent here the reviews were pretty decent and there were a lot about how good they were about making repairs. Besides the fact that the property I rented from was managed by this group and they no longer manage the property (very expectedly).. they are the hardest group of people to reach. The numbers on file are always out of service and they quite frankly act as if they're doing you a favor for things you've already paid for. I've been waiting for a refund for months.
