I requested maintenance this morning for air it has been 90 degrees in my apartment with my toddlers all day I was told someone would be here 3 it is now almost four o clock. I also requested a call back from manager the other day as my car was towed with the parking permit on floor falling down due to heat and no one called back. Incompetence at a professional grade level. LPC has to be one of the most cut rate, incompetent property management companies to ever find their way into the commercial property management arena. The staff will not handle repair requests in a timely manner, or at all for that manner. In addition, the security personnel are hired for being ultra low cost and not for actually doing their jobs.
