This is for Cadia at Nexton in Summerville SC, The Community Manager Molly keeps deleting this but I think the Owners should be aware THEY TOOK THIS REVIEW DOWN AGAIN, AS THIS COMMUNITY MANAGER IS TRYING TO COVER SOMETHING UP! This company owes me $500 back and will NOT provide it. I am going to have to serve them at their corporate office and also report them to the Chicago Department of Real Estate for theft.
Literally the worst property management company I have ever experienced. They allow smoking in all units on my property even though there is a small sentence in the lease that would make you think otherwise. The staff are wildly unhelpful and everything is always "out of their hands". They perform construction without notice. They just dont care.
NO STARS!!!... I'm a resident at The Seven apartments since January 2025, when I say everything that willow bridge offers and stride to commitment falls very far to the ground. My unit was switched before taking possession, my move in list is a novel for a new community still under construction. They send you letters that your rent is late, when you paid it and can prove it. They will not correct the issue. They have no accountability and they do not care.
