Dr. Alice and the staff are very kind, friendly and supportive. We have been taking our pets to Dr. Alice for years and wouldn't take them anywhere else. She and her staff are the very best!

The staff there is very rude and shows no empathy. My dog a few months ago hurt his leg, so i took him in and they refused to see him because i didn't have an appointment and they didn't have enough vets for a walk in. So ended up taking him to Arlington vet down the road and they were able to see him right away. So today i need to get my other dog her rabies shot and i called for their shot hours and was told 9 to 5:30 so i showed up around 11 and was told the morning hours were over.
