Older Receptionist seemed to be having trouble coping with her job this morning! Her exact words....”shot clinic needs to slow down, we have way too much going on” and when the other receptionist asked her a question, her exact words were, “I can only do so much, wait until I’m finished with this” in front of me, a customer, which was very rude and not professional at all! I used to love it there, not friendly anymore.

We love Lincoln Plaza Veterinary Clinic! Our Lab puppy had emergency surgery there and his care could not have been better. The Vets, techs and front office staff are are wonderful and caring. We highly recommend them to anyone!
