My experience with Lincoln Park Smiles was virtually perfect. Jackie, my dental assistant, was extremely thorough and very kind. She gave me information about each tool of technique she used, which made me feel at ease and more informed. Dr. Jack was wonderful-he took his time, listened to all of my concerns, and reassured me about some issues I was concerned about. Everyone at LPS was helpful, friendly, and thorough. I would highly recommend LPS to anyone looking for a great dental experience.
My experience with Dr. Jack was unlike any other dental visit. He listened intently as I talked, wanting to genuinely get to know me not only as a patient but as a person. I initially made the appointment because I thought I had a cavity; turns out I was grinding my teeth at night which Jack explained in detail, offering alternatives to help solve the issue without having to purchase a mouth guard. I have been seeing Dr. Jack for well over 10 years. He is extremely punctual, professional and definitely knows his staff. My husband and I are older and have had many issues that have needed to be addressed. Dr. Jack has been spot on in knowing how to handle our dental issues. Our son is now 15, we are very excited that Dr. Jack will be seeing him as well. He has a great team. If you need a dental cleaning, I highly recommend that you see Jackie. She is gentle, careful and caring.

I actually had a good time today. I loved to hear about the new things coming up in dentistry. I am very please to have Dr. Jack and his team on my health team. Thank you, you helped to restore my faith in the profession.
Had a great experience. The staff were polite, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable with insurance and running the office. I saw Dr. Lauren Mell who was also polite, efficient, and did a great job with my care. I have chronic periodontal problems and they have a periodontist who works with their office so I was able to get set up quickly, as well. I'd definitely recommend them to any family member, whether you need a simple cleaning or have more complex issues.
Arrived early; seated early; Vanessa took an X-ray; Dr. Jack repaired the crown. Perfect appointment! Staff is always very nice and personable.
I was very impressed with my initial visit. Dr. Jack and his staff were courteous, friendly and caring. Everyone took their time to explain everything to me. I did not feel rushed or pressured. I will be returning to them.
